How to open an Autosaved Recovered Excel file

Hello, please help me to open the Autosaved Recovered Excel 2007 file shown in the image. It shows the file size : 5.622KB. But when I open it, the file shows nothing. How to get back the file? Excel_Autosaved_Recovered.jpg

When I checked in the recently opened file list, it doesn't show there.
