Values for circle appearing as diagonal line when plotted

I used the radius and center point of the circle to find the series of x,y coordinates for this circle as determined by the trigonometric functions (sin and cos). I am almost positive my calculations are correct, yet when I plot the series of x,y coordinates they appear as a diagonal line instead of a circle. I have used all versions of the scatter plot function and all plot these coordinates as a diagonal line.

How can I fix this problem?
