Times and numbers multiplication with minimum value

Hi,

I would like please a formula to calculate the payment of 150 for each hour in the attached cell C12, with a minimum payment of 450.

In the attached sheet example, I expect the formula to return 882.
5.88 X 150 = 882
882 is higher than the minimum 450,
So, the final result should be 882 instead of the 21168 the present formula result I tried and did not work in E12.

The formula in E12 is multiplying 5.88 by 150 then by 24. Your description says that you want it to multiply 5.88 by 150. Is the *24 in the formula a mistake? Would simply removing *24 resolve the question?

Yes the *24 in the formula was a mistake, removing the *24 did resolve my question.
