setting a minimum value to a multiplication

Hi there,

I cannot figure out the following:

I have a quantity and a price per quantity. When I multiply I need to set a minimum value e.g.

5 persons at EUR 3.00 per person is EUR 15.00. The total value can never fall below EUR 13.75. So if there are 1, 2, 3 or 4 persons, it should be calculated EUR 13.75

What is the formula for this?
