How do I extend the inputs to match the table

Hey Guys

I found this neat Data Entry form as a free download BUT I need your help extending the Input table in the Input sheet ( Cells A12:D12) to match the extended table in The parts data sheet.

Can someone please help me to do this and tell me how to do it so I can extend it as my data base grows

You need to begin by looking at the Name Manager under the formulas tab. There you can EDIT the various ranges that may help you achieve your goals.
***Warning, make sure you create a backup copy of your workbook before making these changes. If you are not familiar with the Name Manager, you easily mess up.
