Hyperlink from a cell in one sheet to another sheet in Excel 365

I would like to hyperlink in one cell that says YES, to another sheet in same workbook.
I can't figure out what to type in the Hyperlink area to get it to the cell in the sheet I want.
I'm using the Insert, Hyperlink path in Excel 365.

In the end I want the link to go to B3 in sheet "M# for PN No Stock" (name of the sheet)

Not sure why they had to make so complicated. Previous versions were must easier.
