Adding weeks below the months row

Hi Guys,

I've been trying to add weeks below the months row (row 7). Is it possible to add weeks which automatically appear as we move further down much like how the months function. I'm unfamiliar with the formula. Could you please assist?

There is already a formula in row 6 and the years seem to be aligned to the months listed in row 7, so I am confused as to what you want.
Perhaps try again to manually place years where you want them if they are not there now.
As to months in row 8, try pasting the following into cell K8 and dragging the fill handle over to cell BG8:

As to extend the green fill in AA6:AA8 rows 9:10 have merged cells so they won't fill, however if you change the Applies to so that it reads =$K$6:$BN$12 cells AA11:AA12 will fill green.

Apologies for not being clear, I'm trying to:

- adjust row 6 so its in line with row 10
- adjust column D & E so the bars shown on the right follow row 9-12
- adjust the start date in cell C2 or D2 so the workbook responds correctly when i change dates
- The scroll bar does not respond to row 8-12
- Skip Saturday and Sunday but maintain correct dates

Please assist, there are a couple of moving parts I cant seem to figure out

As to the years in row 6 the formula for L6 and to the right is: =IF(YEAR(L11)=YEAR(K11),"",L11)
As to the months in row 8 the formula for K8 and to the right is: =IF(AND(K12="M",MONTH(K11)<>MONTH(F11)),K11,"")
As to the days of the month in row 11 the formula for L11 and to the right is: =WORKDAY(K11,1)
The highlighting for column H (select cell H14 and then look at the formatting rules) has been changed by setting the range to: =$H$14:$H$87
The highlighting for columns K:EM (select cell K14 and then look at the formatting rules) has been changed by setting the range to: =$K$14:$EM$8
The highlighting for today's date has also been modified.
Note that there are many conditional formatting rules for the worksheet that are assigned to one or a small number of cells. Those formatting rules should be deleted.
Scroll bars are Active X controls which I don't work with. I'll ask some of the other contributors to take a look and see if they can help.
