You can double click on the axis or right click on axis and select Format Axis, in there at Axis Options - Bounds you can change them as needed.
Click the * to say thanks.
That is the problem! I can't change under Axis options, excel doesn't let me do this. I just reinstall my Microsoft Office. Even it start to calculate wrong equations. Like 1.1-1.045 it shows -1.044.
Is there a problem related with something I can change manually in laptop?

You have not explained exactly what you are trying to do, but your screenshot shows that your axis is formatted as a logarithmic axis. In Excel 2003 and earlier, you were limited to even decades (10^n) for axis limits, but that limitation was relaxed in 2007. Even with those relaxations, logarithmic axes still have limitations (such as a logarithmic axis cannot have a minimum of 0 or less).
Without knowing exactly what you are trying to do and why you have chosen a logarithmic axis, it is difficult to suggest a solution. At this point, help us understand why you have a logarithmic axis and what exactly you are trying to do. Perhaps then we can talk about how to move forward.

I think the issue not related with the file, because when I opened to other laptop it works!
My laptops are running Win10/Office2016.
I did complete reinstall Office, but still have the same issue.
I have trayed to reset settings by regional tab, but still it takes to the auto bound again!
Than you for your time! Hope to solved this annoying problem!

I solved the issue! For the record needed to reset regional additional settings, and in Excel File-->Options->Advanced -->Use system seperator, and restart computer!!!
Thank you everyone for your time!
