can't change Min/max values in charts

Hello! I have problem with my Excel! I can't change min/max values on axis chart? Can't find any solution in forums. Thank you!

You can double click on the axis or right click on axis and select Format Axis, in there at Axis Options - Bounds you can change them as needed.

You have not explained exactly what you are trying to do, but your screenshot shows that your axis is formatted as a logarithmic axis. In Excel 2003 and earlier, you were limited to even decades (10^n) for axis limits, but that limitation was relaxed in 2007. Even with those relaxations, logarithmic axes still have limitations (such as a logarithmic axis cannot have a minimum of 0 or less).

I have problem changing manually Axis Options - X/Y axis values. When I change the minimum/maximum value and I press enter to confirm the value it shows again the auto values - change back to the original. Excel doesn't allow values to be change.
I think the issue not related with the file, because when I opened to other laptop it works!
My laptops are running Win10/Office2016.
I did complete reinstall Office, but still have the same issue.
I have trayed to reset settings by regional tab, but still it takes to the auto bound again!
