Faster Entry - Time Saving Trick needed

Hi,

I have huge file which has multiple client names listed in rows and columns have multiple segments which includes budget, forecast, actual and then cost etc... For respective clients we have to update all these manually or apply vlookup but this is very time consuming exercise.

Can anyone give me clue as to what else can be done here instead of going for long manual rigmarole.
