Best Training?

Good afternoon!

What sources have provided you with the most effective training? I prefer instructor-led but not necessarily live teaching and am looking for sources of training to improve my skills.

There are plenty of free and fee based training on the Internet. YouTube has millions of videos on VBA.

You might find it useful to start a project .... do as much as you can ... then start looking for assistance to answer your questions where you get hung up.
