So I'm trying to sort Column E but for some reason I keep getting 0's on top and on bottom.
All the cells use the same formula.

Your sample file don't have data in E column ?
If I helped, Don't forget to add reputation (click on the little star ★ at bottom of this post)

Alright fixed, Apparently i have 2 files name "Sample"
your formula has the 0 surrounded by " " making it text, remove " " and just have zero as numeric
