Would anyone happen to have any examples of a capacity/resource planning excel sheet and dashboard?
I am putting together a sheet which will be for 4 teams and I want a dashboard for teams to filter by individuals and teams to see how much time has been spent, by individual, on which acitvity, client, month etc.
A s a starting point can someone advise if a dashboard can be achieved using the structure i have put together on my sheet? To look at dates, months etc.
