Grid lines on spreadsheet (from google sheet to excel)

Hi Guys

Please can you assist me.

Attached please find my spreadsheet from line 394 - line 506 I cannot add gridlines is there a reason why and how can I fix?

This spreadsheet used to be a google spreadsheet and has now changed to an excel spreadsheet just this week we have migrated.

Select all the rows then Format...Format Cells...Fill....No Colour
