Due to the fact that I dont know how to name it, so I dont know how to solve it either or look for a solution :p
I have a question I see a double rows (1-9) on the top part of the screen on Excel.
See file (if its uploaded) for clarification! :-)
I hope a solution.

You seem to have split screen invoked - switch it off.
