What do you mean by 'single line'? I do not see a 'single line' of data.
1. Where is the source data? Is it being downloaded as a .csv file perhaps, or are you scraping it from an online table?
2. Please attach a sample workbook (instructions at the top of the page).

The data is coming from an online creative design tool which has reports on with data such as customer names, who's design it is, the stage of the design etc.
Attached is an example of how its pasting in
So how are you GETTING it? Are you copying and pasting it, or downloading it? Are you at liberty to share the web address? And, MOST IMPORTANTLY, how do you want it to look???
I'm copy and pasting it into the work book but unfortunately due to GDPR I cant share the website. However, I am trying to input the data into this workbook.
This doesn't tell me what you want it to look like and it doesn't tell me how you want to get it from the website, if not by copy and pasting. However, I am trying to input the data into this workbook.
Is there no .csv download option on the website?
You are asking us to fly completely blind here - I won't help until you answer my questions properly. Sorry.
Re uploading the attachment as it didn't upload properly
And how should it look??????

Workbook, please, not a picture.
You just aren't giving us enough information here or answering the questions. It would be pure guesswork, so I'm out. Sorry.
This is what the website looks like. There is no download option at all
This is the workbook you requested
I see no connection whatsoever between that and your Joe Bloggs sample.
It's probably easy to transform a sample of what you download (on one sheet) into what you want as the output (on another)... but unless you show us the BEFORE and the AFTER relating to the SAME data... it is impossible.
And, should you update your sheet, DO NOT show us just 1 row of "output" data, show several.
Firstly I have the website which is on that screenshot. There is no download option from that website so when I C&P it into a work book i get Workbook "Test" as a result. I need to get the Data into Workbook "Test01" but with the way its pasting it won't let me.
Still no BEFORE and AFTER provided using the same data.
This is why I have stepped back. You are making very heavy work of this by failing repeatedly to show us exactly what you want!
The data before is the website which i've sent the screen shot of. When i copy and paste it i get the result which is in the attached workbook. All im trying to do is seperate the names from that small chunk of data so i can form a list.
In the new sample workbook, add a table that shows the four sets of data as you WANT THEM TO APPEAR. You need both before AND after in the sample book. Mock it up manually.
From what you have told us so far, I see no way around the copying and pasting to get the data from the website, so don't feel you will be able to automate that unless there is something you haven't shown is.
I have attached a new work book with what you asked for
I'm manually doing it at the minute but its taking me hours
So, this is it, is it?

Yes indeed
OK. Please look at the attached. If the table I have created is EXACTLY what you want, then I will explain how to do it. It assumes that your source data is already in place in column A.

I've just noticed a slight issue - I will fix that and post again. Please wait!
