Adding Pictures to an Excel asset survey reports

I am attempting to build asset survey reports for a building site that includes property addresses and reports snagging issues using for each property.

I need to compile a master sheet showing all property addresses with a seperate hyperlink to files showing pictures of snagging issues found and a written report for each property.

Basically, I am having problems with others altering the information on the hyperlinks and need a better way to password protect both worksheets with the same password.. Meaning, once one password has been entered for the mastersheet, the hyperlinks will work to the second sheet containing the information.

Hope people can understand that, Im having difficulty lol.
