Table Titles - How did they do this?

I'm baffled at how these tables were created. I cannot figure out how they were able to create the table titles between the borders. I would love to use this format not just in this spreadsheet but in other spreadsheets as well. I've tried creating it in Excel and Word but unsuccessful, have no idea how they did this.Screenshot 2022-02-07 153937.png

Not difficult in Excel. Using a rounded rectangle shape and a text box. See attached.
