kindly find the attached i have mentioned some things and need if formula i tried but not working
kindly take a look

i have highlighted with colors
i need to fetch columns data from SHEET ODF TO D
and if i make any changes in columns if i add new Colum formula should not get disturb in SHEET D,
cell U of sheet ODF verify from cell AA of sheet D, if not instated in D then missing
Sheet receiving cell D, when i type number auto print all in the list bank(mavic)

that's all for now
sorry for disturbance.

in receiving when i type a number i want to print bank(mavic) auto by fetching details as well.

Not until you have specified in your thread title what you want help with.

1. The workbook appears to be full of sensitive data that you should not be sharing publicly.
2. Expecting members here to trawl through a large workbook like this to try to work out what you are still doing manually and what might be improved is a big ask - I suspect very few, if any, will want to help you as it stands.

I suggest you identify three areas of the workbook that you feel don't work very well. Explain what they are doing now and how, then how you would like them to work. Then someone can help you to improve those areas specifically.

You need to replace the workbook with a desensitised copy.

You are asking that the NUM column on the D sheet be populated from column B on the ODF sheet.
Question: When the numbers were manually placed in the NUM column what were the criteria used to decide which number went into which row?
For instance, why was 415 placed in cell H37 and 410 placed in H41 when those rows contain much of the same information?

Dear FDibbins
in each colored Colum i just typed

=IF(ISERROR(MATCH(AA34,ODF!U:U,0)),"",INDEX(ODF!B:B,MATCH(AA34,ODF!U:U,0)))

and changed the cell results i need accordingly
and it solved all my problems this formula is a charm it every times saves me

also i converted all text to numbers in ODF U:U that was a big problem all numbers have converted to text and formula was not working before
