Power Pivot Excel Crash When Saving New Workbook From Pivot Data

I am currently experiencing a strange issue and thus far have been unable to find any similar cases on the internet. I typically work with my data models through power pivot to have access to some of the more robust functionality, however, me and my coworkers have begun to experience a crash in these files. It only occurs when data drillthrough is performed on a pivot table, the new sheet is moved out of the original workbook, and then an attempt is made to save that sheet somewhere else. Has anyone experienced something like this or know how to resolve it?

It's not a huge issue as we can simply copy the resulting drillthrough tables to a new workbook manually, I would mostly just like to know why it's happening and if there was any way around it.
