How do i get the list of numbers to look up the numbers in the table and return header?

Hello all,
I have a list of numbers in column E, and I am trying to get it to look up the values in column B, if the numbers match, I want it to return the header name in B4 in each of the matching cells in column F , What is the formula needed to accomplish this?

I tried Vlookup, index, match, but I cant seem to get the correct formula
