I require help with a formula that shows tie results. I tried to modify a formula that I was helped on from this Forum, but no luck. The data/ formula needs to be in O17, based on values from row K17:N17 from a drop down list.

I require help with a formula that shows tie results. I tried to modify a formula that I was helped on from this Forum, but no luck. The data/ formula needs to be in O17, based on values from row K17:N17 from a drop down list.
So what's wrong with what you have and what is your expected result?

Hi,
In O17 the data shows up incorrect based on the results for K17:N17, for example if there K,L and N are Unsatisfactory the result of O17 is Satisfactory.
