Appointment Scheduler

Hi all,
I'm looking to set up appointment times for Parent Teacher Conferences with parents who have multiple children in the same school.
I can use an online scheduler but I want to make the appointment times myself.
Since they have multiple children the appointment times cant overlap.
My idea was to make a spreadsheet with rows of appointment times then give each family an ID. But I got stuck after that

Post a small Excel sheet (not a picture) showing realistic & representative sample data WITHOUT confidential information (10-20 rows, not thousands...) and some manually calculated results. It would be something like the attached spreadsheet. I would like to drag the appointment times column down and autofill. However IF the Family ID in column A already has an appointment time, I would like the appointment time to be left blank, and I will fill it in manually.

F2 =IF(COUNTIF($A$2:$A2,$A2)>1,"",E2) and drag down.
