Hi, I have created a very basic attendance log sheet for my choir rehearsals, but it takes some time to complete each week as i scroll through 60+ names etc then place a mark under the corresponding date column. Is there a way to create a dasboard style front page that has a button for each choir section (4 in total), when one of these buttons is clicked it brings up just the members names for that section with "Y" or "A" options against each name, and when I click on either button under the name it auto completes the very basic logsheet with "Y" for attended or "A" for absent. It would need to know the date too I guess !! Or am I using the wrong application? Many thanks.
