Splitting Alphanumeric Numbers separated by Hyphen example R1-R100 to R1 R2 R3?.SO ON

a sample data sheet is attached please look in to thta for clear details and help me with
Hey guys I was trying to extract data from a excel sheet which has different kinds of data in it
I am struck while splitting a range of alphanumeric data columns

The data is like this
R1-R88,R100-R138?. SO ON

I want that row to split in on columns with all extracted numbers ranges
Like this
R1
R2
R3
R4
.
.
.
.
.
..
SO ON
