Hi,
I have been trying to figure out how to calculate daily SL%, Abandon Rate, and OCC% from Cisco Precision Queue Interval report. I have attached a sample for review and can provide Report definitions if it would help.
If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
I do love jargon that I've never heard of before and that means absolutely nothing to me.
How would you calculate these things manually?
Please populate the sheet with some manually calculated expected answers.

=AVERAGEIF($B$4:$B$22,B4,$H$4:$H$22)
After that, clueless ...
