Need help to create a Regular rent Payment tracker from flatemates

Hi Guys,

I was trying to create a spreadsheet to track rent payments from flatemates. That seems like I have to do something with data relationship in excel. I watched alot of youtube trainings but I still don't get how data relationship and can not finish my spreadsheet. I found this forum finally and I hope I can get help from you guys to finish my spreadsheet. I really appreciate for your valuable help

What I want to do

- I wanna have a some sort of template that I should be able to choose/filter actual payments between certain dates as well as scheduled payment dates so I can see they were in arrays and for how many days.
- I would like to have a some sort of template that when I have new flatemate, I should be able to make a list/report for new flatemate to give him/her to see rent payment dates for example next 3 or 6 months so flatemate would know rent payment dates. It depends on the person but someone wants to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Thanks for reply. I had a look at some templates but could not find anything for needs. There are applications but they are for commercial usage and charge alot of money
