Lost the option to "Insert (Cut/Copy) (Column/Row) when left clicking on a Column/Row header. I lost this option some time ago now I need use a lot.
There is not a lot to say this option is missing. I've attached a blank workbook showing the problem just Cut/Copy a Column/Row and attempt to insert the Cut/Column into the worksheet.
It's working for me, are you referring to this option?

In your example, you haven't cut anything yet, so that's why the option is not there. You have to Cut first, then right click again to get the insert option.
