Power Query, after expanding column there are Values as well as Tables

Hi Folks,

after expanding one column there were Values, I have changed them to text. After that I needed to work with this column with some conditions formulas. Then I have realized, that there are in some rows Errors, because its nested Table in the field where are Values.
I have tried to extract those to new column and expand those Error rows again, but it doesnt work.
Can you please give me som advice how to handle with this mixed column?
In the nested table are the similar values as the values in that column.
