How to pass value of a cell to another sheet in excel

Hi,

I want t create a form on an excel sheet with my template, an with a click of a button, it populate to sheet2 of the same excel as a new record.
If I click the button again it will capture and populate it as a new record in sheet2.

It's similar to the current excel form but form is now on the front page instead. Is this possible? Need some guidance on how to capture this data and write to another sheet.
