    H,

    Check for same sr. no
    If single, then result should come as "No comparison"
    If double then difference of usage & days should come excluding the no. of holidays during that period
    If multiple, then result should come as difference of usage should come in comparison to last usage & similarly the difference of days excluding the holidays during that period.
