How can I get data from one list to form a new list?

I would like for my spreadsheet to automatically fill in the "cities we sold to" list based on if there is info in the invoice # and invoice amount columns. I have several customers per city, and I need the city to be listed if even one of the customers bought something that day. I'm pretty new to excel, so I hope this is adequate information to get some assistance.
