Searching for best practice to look up a phrase within text and return data following ":"

I have a report that combines data in one cell. I'm looking for a formula that can either look up the data following a specific description (such as "Financial Instruments:"), or a way to separate each data type into separate columns.

In searching there seems to be a lot of options with the newest version of excel, such as TEXTAFTER or TEXTSPLIT ...but I'm not working with that.

I've attached what I'm trying to do.
