New Excel Window Appear too Low

    Hi,
Each time I have to open a new excel file (new window), it always appear lower in the screen whereby the bottom part is beyond my monitor, thus unable to see. It is very annoying because I have to pull up the window for EVERY excel I opened. Is there a way to make sure all new excel is open (not maximum) but aligned to the top left hand corner?

No. Microsoft do it that way so that you can see the title bar of each open workbook, creating a 'card stack' going from top left to bottom right.

How many workbooks do you need open at once, anyway?

Re: New Excel Window Appear too Low

I don't open many workbooks at the same time but I do run an excel addin which generate report many times during the day and usually one at a time. That is why it gets really irritating to pull up the window since I don't open many which will stack them up. Plus each workbook has many worksheets and being so low, it hides the worksheet tabs forcing me to manually pull the window higher in order to navigate to the right sheet.
