    time date subtraction

    hello i would like to subtract 2 cells containing date and time within the same cell. i have custom formating defined...

    cell 1 : 2022-11-15 11:45
    cell 2 : 2022-11-16 18:10

    im using : =TEXT(E7-D3,"dd:hh:mm")

    is there something more elegant?

    Why not just =E7-D3 with Custom Formatting "dd:hh:mm"
