Highlight duplicate in multiple sheets

I have attached demo file with sheets names B2, B3 and B4.

I need to highlight duplicates of column A across all three sheets. How to do this please

You can select column A and use Conditional formatting -> Highlight Cells Rules -> Duplicate values

I need to check duplicate across three sheets whether any sheet has common name in column A

I meant all three sheets it should check for duplicate
