PDF statement to convert in Excel in pre-defined format

    Hii Experts

I have attached a PDF file to be converted to excel in the format specified in the excel file (also image attached for reference)

I have tried converting from online2pdf.com (PDF to Excel) but the data converted was very messy.

I have tried using Text to columns, Flash Fill, VBA & Power Query but couldn't able to find the patterns as the data is very inconsistent.

Any help would be welcome. Thanks

This is a really difficult challenge. I hope this might help you in some small way.

I was able to import the PDF into word and preserve some of the formatting structure, then paste into Excel.

With some additional work you may be able to complete what I started for you.

    Please see the attachment.
