Your numbers have a hidden character (CHAR(63) / ?) at the start. Put the below formula in B2 and copy down.

That worked perfectly. Thank you. I can't believe I didn't check that, as I found that the part number also had a hidden character. That one was visible when I exported to csv, so I must have just thought this one also would have shown. Thanks again.

another option if you have this in multiple columns is to copy the character then use find and replace, find what >> paste character, replace with what >> leave blank, then replace all.
Make contributors happy, click on the "* Add Reputation" as a way to say thank you.
