How do I turn back on the Microsoft Excel auto-expand of table warning dialogue box?

I inadvertently checked the box in the Excel warning dialogue box that states "This table inserted rows into your worksheet. This may cause data in cells below the table to shift down." I want to enable this warning box again but don't see any option to do so in the file menu. Is there a way to find this in the registry editor and delete the registry for this? I would need some guidance in how to search the registry and do this. I'm using Windows 10 and Excel 2016. I do have this question posted in the Microsoft forum but wanted to post here as the Microsoft forum seems to be more geared to Office 365.

Thank you TMS, that link is exactly what was needed. Only difference was in the registry I had to go to Office > 16.0 to get to the registry entry noted in the solution since I have Excel 2019. Thanks!
