Help needed for Vlookup with IF /AND function

Hello,

I have one Source file ABC and destination file XYZ, and I want to look up info from Source file and enter the data in Destination file B with (-) 2 cents

Source file ABC has 2 columns "Location names" & "prices for each location name"

Destination File XYZ has 1 column of "Locations names" 99% of location names are matching with Source file ABC's.

list of location names in both Source and destination file in not in exact sequence.

need a formula in destination file XYZ that can look up same city names from source file and show pricing in the destination with 2 cents less.

For E.g
Source file ABC
Column City Name - New York
Column Price - $10.02

Result in Destination File XYZ
Look up Budapest in this file and source code file, look up price from Source file ABC file "10.02" and show result with 2 cents less as $10 in Destination file.
