Thank you for your reply. The Reddit one shows some promise.
At least it's a start and it is something I can build on.
The second one, I went down that road already (part way) it is a dead end and I can't seem to get the App off my Excel program now... although it seems to be benign so maybe I can just ignore it.

I will work on the Reddit one, I appreciate your digging into this, I was just about to give up and start from scratch.
