    IF NOT with multiple conditions

    Hello, I'm working on a formula to catch errors in my excel report. I needed a conditional formatting to highlight anything that is not either of the codes listed in column R (as shown below). if anyone enters anything other than these below, I want to highlight the fill RED.

    Please see attached.

    01.3000.00 > TLAD
    01.3000.00 > LS
    01.3000.00 > LR
    01.3000.00 > VACA
    01.3000.00 > TLOE
    01.3000.00 > SICK

    Why don't you use Data Validation so that the user cannot enter wrong values in the first place?

    It's a report pulled from a site that is exported into Excel. It's not something we enter into the sheet. If not, I would totally do that.

    Copy the codes to a new sheet and name the range VerifiedCodes
