let me try that tyi paste it in bankroll sheet but returns 24.26 and Tounament sheet ending balance on v column is 53.61

That's the sum of the balances from the tournaments and pokerstakes sheets as indicated in post #1.
If it isn't correct, then what should it be?

mate, sorrry i meant for each individual the tournaments and cash would be only one but pokerstake is completly separate

I am not sure what that means.
What would help is if you could give us specific cells or cell ranges and tell us what at least a few expected amounts.

Which of the amounts in P8:P13 are incorrect and what are the correct amounts?

p8 would be 1386.44 buyings ending BR for p13 would be the .01 cent from balance column in pokerstake sheet

cashes 1006.45 L7

I asked about the wrong range of cells should have been L7:L13 on the Bankroll sheet.

Can I assume that the formulas in question are in cells L4:L9 the PokerStake Bankroll sheet?
If so then it seems to me that L6 (Today's buy-ins) should be: =SUMIFS(tbl_Tournaments3[Buy-in],tbl_Tournaments3[Date],TODAY())
L5 (Today's Cashes): =SUMIFS(tbl_Tournaments3[Cashes],tbl_Tournaments3[Date],TODAY())
L6 (Buy-ins): =-SUM(tbl_Tournaments3[Buy-in])
It also seems that L7:L9 are correct.

As to post #22, going back to the workbook in post #14 all of the formulas that were added to the file attached to post #15 will now have to be reentered.
If it is possible upload a current workbook so I can see if the formulas from post #15 are still in cells L4:L9 on the tournaments sheet.
Continually going back to correct/replace formulas multiple times is going to make this take much longer than necessary.

i will upload the lastest file with all updates. im sorry mate they were many stats that it was best to delete now it much better, were very minor change may be necessary which i don't see for now every day is a lot of progress just by chipping in some changes, its very important to have everything as it should be, because the day will come to go big and i would hate to have to deal with changes then. this is the file up to date.

Looking at the screenshot in #22, how did you calculate -2.57% for BI% and 3% for Profit%? (I assume that these should be in cells W8:X8 on the Tournaments sheet)

i like tha way the bankroll chart keeps track of the profit, in cg bankroll making it easy to know whats going on, I arrange the sheets in info sheet for tournament and cash sections

thank you, i think some numbers seems correct only thing that Bi % in mTTBRM template in column O its showing in tournaments sheet under column X for profit% of BR and not in column W for BI% of BR i which formula from column x to w seems to work only that column x maybe needs adjustment.

if you can see rows from 8:12 almost exact to the MTT BRm template if you can seee only row 10 in tournament and row 14 in mtt brm is off 39%/08%

I can see that both the buy-in (3.21) and gross profit (3.99) amounts on the tournaments sheet are different from the total (0.80) and profit (-0.80) amounts on the MTT BRM sheet so I would expect columns W:X on the tournaments sheet to be different also.

The column heading for column W is BI% of BR so I assume that would be buy-in percentage of bankroll.
The column heading for column X is Profit% of BR so I assume that would be profit percentage of bankroll.

I don't understand what post #40 means.
If buy-in isn't the amount that should be used in the BI% of BR column then tell us what is and where to find it.

i added summrary data and bankroll chart columns Q and R in Tounaments sheet if you can see column R calculates only the profit and column N the running balance with profit only to row 15 then starts going negative and adds up. and on summary data u can see bankroll and starting bankroll deposit 1k and the actual balance 197.61 also in D1 column

You don't have a profit column in the workbook attached to post #44. Do you want to add up the gross profit?

The same information is being shown in multiple places so basically just reference the cells on the Info sheet that have the same descriptions i.e. for cell X8: =Info!B33

have a question since i see the old rules been use like it shows in this picture can i just change this to the new one and eveything should work as is ?

Make sure that you have saved the most current workbook, then delete the old and check the Bankroll sheet to make sure that everything is still working before saving again.
If anything isn't working, then close the file without saving and when you open again the old will be back.
I will be away from my computer for the next couple of days.

mate, since i would like pokerstake individual workbook, I added the All transactions to stake Bankroll.
as you can see, in column O i am using this formula

in order to give out balnce, can the formula be where it search for deposits/withdrawals from all transactions. I just added the bankrolland worksheet rules into info will make the adjustments

please help get pokerstake bankroll rules on info to match exact as MTTBRM i can't figure it out so

mate, i think i was able to figure out few things. okay this is whats going on. i have all deposits in all transaction in stake bankroll
with starting roll in d6 in stakebankroll and on pokerstake row 7 seems okay also in ifo sheet starting bankroll $60
the only thing not matching so far is the N1 balance showing 320.01 when running balance is .01 should be .01 in N1

I will agree that it can get confusing having both the tournaments and poker stake statistics in the same workbook.
The table on the poker stake sheet is tbl_Tournaments3 and on the tournaments sheet the table is tbl_Tournaments which are very close.
It might make things less confusing to change tbl_Tournaments3 to tbl_pokerstake.

For the ROI: =IF([@Tournaments]="","",[@[Gross Profit]]/[@[Buy-in]])
The $/HR will require some work because in the MTT file end times are manually placed and the length (Duration) is calculated.
In the DoN file the End Time is calculated based on start time and duration, but there is only one entry for duration and even that does not match the MTT file.
You will either need to manually put in the end time or the duration in order to get $/HR

Input is not the same. On the daily poker sessions sheet the buyin is $525.00 and on the poker stake sheet it is $2.16.

The circular reference is in cell AE7 on the PokerStake sheet. Delete the formula in that one cell.

my question is since we already have rake column * Rebuy if we could set up in a way where i don't have to enter in both columns buyin and rake only in buyin and rake to auto populate from the buyin not sure if possible

okay not sure whats going on somthing weird goin on after changing the amt. back to the original in row T8 to .30 my balance no longer 0.1 is now showing 469.39 checking othe entries besides the one in row 8
amt. in column X8 should be 58.68 to give the correct amt. and gross profit instead of 1.44 should be the amt. loss -1.32
