I want to announce to whom shared the sheet with him that I type a new text in a cell and after 24 hour the color of characters change.in the other word he could recognize if the text typed in the passed 24 hours or is older. any other suggestion to announce him to newly written cell?

There is no practical way to do that without using another cell to record the date and time that the value was entered. If you record date and time you may not need the color. But if you do it can be done easily with conditional formatting. You could use a macro to set the date and time when you type in the new text.
I don't want to develop an actual solution for you without knowing more about what will work for you.

We want that when we enter a text on the page, two other users will notice that these texts are newly added and go to them for reading. Of course, our Google page is not very big and has a maximum of 100 rows and 7 columns. or twenty cells will be changed. We actually use the color change for the purpose of notification, but if a more suitable way is suggested, we welcome it.
here I also apologize for not knowing about the need to mention the link too.

Of course, currently Google Sheets is used for work practice, but in the end, an important part of the information is extracted from another software, the output of which is Microsoft Excel.
