Red face Customizing Date Formats in Excel: Including Month Abbreviations

Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well today. I have a general inquiry about date formatting in Excel.

I've set a custom date format in my Excel sheet, but I'm wondering if I can further customize it to include month abbreviations like Jan, Dec, Feb, Jul, Mar, etc.

For example, I would like the date format in cell D2 to be displayed as 1-Jan-2024 9:40:00 AM.

    Thank you very much.

If necessary you could also use a formula:

    =TEXT(D2,"dd-mmm-yyyy HH:MM:SS AM/PM")
