PQ - Retreiving Just Ranges with Widcard

Hi

I have a large workbook with upto 50 sheets - each sheet has a range of 20 col and 20 rows. Each range has a unique name that starts with "Range".

I have tried to set up a Query in the workbook to retrieve ranges in the workbook where the name starts with "Range". However it takes 5-10 minutes to make teh conection.

Is there a way I can get it to just pull ranges where the range name starts with "Range".

The attached file is very small and simple but is supplied to facilitate a solution.

You could perhaps add English subtitles to the video ( see "subtitles" in the YT screen ) ?

Sorry, I meant using You Tube's subtitling function ( cogwheel). First subtitle to original language , then select the "translate to" option

Start a new blank query.
Enter = Excel.CurrentWorkbook() as the first step.
Filter the Name field for Text Contains: "Range"
Expand the table column.
