Conditional Formatting on SORT(UNIQUE( cells

I have the following formula in A3, which obviously populates A4 to B23
=IFERROR(SORT(UNIQUE(FILTER(Bookings!$A$2:$B$1000,$A$1=Bookings!$H$2:$H$1000))),0)

Column C, has a dropdown choice of blank or 'Move'

What I want to achieve via Conditional Formatting is a strikethrough of the data in Columns A & B, where 'Move' has been chosen in Column C

I have the following formula '=C4="Move"' to to '=$A$4:$B$23'

This works on the data in Column A, but not Column B.

Any suggestions?
