Hi all,
I'm new here. Thank you in advance for helping me out .
I created a simple Excel spread sheet in Office 2019, for a genealogical website. I'm working on the spreadsheet on my PC. A few days ago I was able to add a picture to a Comment cell. Now when I try it, I get an error message that reads,
Bad Request - Request Too Long
HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long.
The sheet is an .xlsx sheet. I tried adding a VBA macro a day ago but decided not to use it. I deleted it and it is nowhere to be found on the Developer tab. I have tried every solution offered on the net but am getting nowhere. My friend, who designed the website (with my help) took a copy of the spreadsheet in question and the same thing happens on his PC, where a few days ago, he could add pictures to any Comment with ease. I suspected the .xlsx file may be corrupted but I tried adding a picture to a Comment on a new spreadsheet and an entirely different one. It doesn't work. I used the online and native repair tool in the Program Files area. Nothing. I've tried clearing all Cache, Cookies, Temp files...using CCleaner. Nothing.
I'm out of options. Any thoughts would be most appreciated. Thanks .
