Calculate Holidays weekdays & weekends

Hi,

My formula to calculate holidays works fine if the holidays falls on a weekdays, but I can't get the work around if the holidays falls on a weekend.

The scenario is, 1 is entered that falls on a holiday then it is 1, if holiday is on a weekend and 1 is entered it should calculate as 1 also.

I have holidays that are common to be on a weekdays but may have some that is on the weekend.

I have attached a sample of what I'm trying to do.

Holiday Count: =SUM(--ISNUMBER(MATCH(Hol!G5:G6,(D4:AH4)*(D5:AH5),0)))
Weekday Count: =SUM((WEEKDAY(D$4:AH$4,2)<6)*(D5:AH5))
Weekend Count: =SUM((WEEKDAY(D$4:AH$4,2)>5)*(D5:AH5))
