Here's a cheap 'n' cheerful way of deleting Defined Name RANGES which contain errors:

One VERY important point! This routine should NOT be used on a workbook which contains Defined Name CONSTANTS or Defined Name FORMULAS - such Defined Names do not refer to worksheet ranges and will therefore be deleted regardless of whether or not they contain errors!
