Trying to pull together info from Pivot with IF(Countif

I'm trying to pull together a table (see pic 1) based on information from a pivot (see pic 2). I only want it to put an "X" in the cell if it meets 2 specific criteria. It needs to match the reference in cell F on pic 1 against row 24 in pic 2 AND it needs to only put an "X" in the cell if the reference has a "1" in the column. Hope I've managed to explain that correctly.
